The liquidators who were attempting to recover about R400k from the proceeds of the first auction of City Capital assets was halted today by an urgent High Court Interdict.
The first of City Capital assets that would have been auctioned today by The Alliance Group, consisted of a Colt 4x4 Vehicle, a trailer, office equipment and furniture.
Bradley Stephens of Alliance Group said, The High Court Order was brought about by a third party from Gauteng, at this point he is not sure whom applied for the High Court Interdict but he is certain it is not any of the ex-directors of the group".
The auction is delayed until Tuesday next week...
