Recently, I have received two letters from widows where a major insurer has delayed payment on their deceased husbands policies. I have looked at both these cases and see no reason for the delay in paying out the benefits.
Next week I plan to find out the reason why a major life insurer has failed to pay out the benefits within the allocated time frames.
